Hummus

Ingredients

1.5 cups of chickpeas

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup tahini
-
half of a garlic clove (chopped)

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1/2 teaspoon cumin
-
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-
1/2 teaspoon paprika (plus an extra pinch for garnish)

1 tablespoon water
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Step 1: Add all ingredients except garnish pieces into a food processor and blend.
Step 2: Let it cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Pesto Dip

Ingredients

1 cup basil leaves

1/2 cup pistachios

1/4 cup cashews
-
1/3 cup lemon juice
-
1/3 cup parmesan (plus a pinch for garnish)

1/3 cup olive oil

1 small garlic clove
-
1 tablespoon water
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a food processor except for pinch of parmesan and blend.
Step 2: Let it cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Garnish with pinch of parmesan.
Step 3: Ready to serve!

Guacamole

Ingredients

2 avocados

1 tablespoon onion (chopped)

1/2 cup tomato (chopped)

1 garlic clove (chopped)

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon of parsely for garnish (chopped)
Step 1: Add all ingredients except the parsley into a food processor. Blend.
Step 2: Pour mixture into a small bowl. Add the parsley for garnish.

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons olive oil

pinch of onion powder

2 tablespoons carrot (spiralized for garnish)
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a food processor (except the spiralized carrot) and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Add the spiralized carrot ontop for garnish.
Step 3: Ready to serve!

Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

5 medium tomatos (chopped)

1/4 cup red onion (chopped)

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (for garnish) green onion (chopped)

1/3 cup parsley (chopped)

half a garlic clove

1/4 cup lime juice
-
pinch of dried oregano
-
pinch of black pepper
Step 1: Place all ingredients, except the 2 tablespoons of green onion for garnish, in a food processor. Only blend for a couple of seconds or it will turn into liquid!
Step 2: Garnish with green onion.

1 cup brown lentils (cooked) + a tablespoon (cooked) for garnish

1.2 garlic clove (minced)

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon lemon juice

pinch of curry powder
Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, except for a tablespoon of the lentils so you can use them for garnish.
Step 2: Garnish with the tablespoon of lentils.
